This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit kevokdesign.com and contact us, under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Contact form and emails
The name, email, phone (optional) and message you enter in the form are not stored on the site; when you send the form, they reach us as an email through your own email app. We use this information only to reply to you and discuss your project.
Cookies and browser storage
- We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
- If you choose “Accept” in the cookie box, only your language choice (TR/EN) is stored in your browser; if you choose “Decline”, it is not.
- Your choice itself is stored in your browser so we don’t ask again. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.
Visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views only. It uses no cookies and does not identify visitors.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address for security and delivery. Project images load from Behance (Adobe) and site libraries from cdnjs and jsDelivr; these servers see your IP address to make the connection. Their servers may be located outside Türkiye.
Retention
Emails you send us are kept until your request is concluded and for as long as legal obligations require.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object. Send requests to [email protected].
